Tianjin-Xian Tour Sample Itinerary
* Same Day Express Tour between Tianjin and Xian
If you take a 7 am flight from Tianjin you will arrive in Xian at 9 am. You can tour the Terracotta Warriors in the afternoon and spend some relaxing time taking in Xian. The evening flight back will be around 10 pm to Tianjin. There is an option to take an overnight train from Xian to Tianjin and arrive in Xian the early next morning.
* 2-day Express Tour from Tianjin to Xian (if you arrive on the previous day)
Day 1: Take a morning flight that lasts 2 hours at 9 am to Xian. Today you will explore
Xian at your convenience, where there are many magical spots to visit. Let us know if you would like your travels customized.
Day 2: Half day tour in the morning to the famous Terracotta Warriors. After your visit take a bullet train or flight back to Tianjin.
* Two-day Express Tour from Tianjin to Xian (if you arrive on the same day)
Day 1: Take a 2 hour afternoon flight and arrive in Xian, or another option is take the bullet train(fast train) and arrive within 6 hours. Rest in the afternoon or enjoy what Xian has to offer and explore. You will stay overnight in Xian.
Day 2: Half day tour in the morni
ng to the famous Terracotta Warriors. Then an Afternoon bullet train or flight back to Tianjin.
What you should know
Every day, there are ten flights between Tianjin Binhai International Airport and Xi’an Xianyang International Airport from 7 am to 10:30 pm. Based on our experience, it usually takes at least 2 hours to get yourself disembarked although you arrive at Tianjin Xingang early in the morning around 6 am. We often book our guests for the 10 am flight or after to make sure you will make the flight, this is due to the slow disembarking process. From Tianjin Cruise Port to the Airport it will take more than an hour, it is 60 kms away from the port. 6 bullet trains run between Tianjin and Xian. The travel time is about 6 to 6.5 hours.
Via Beijing
If you are interested in giving Beijing a visit you could take a flight or train from Tianjin. The fast train takes 25 to 30 mins to Beijing. From Beijing take a train or flight to tour Xian and return to Tianjin the next day. For your information there are 10 flights everyday between Tianjin and Xian.
