Great Wall Adventure Club is an official partner of the Great Wall administration authorities at several sections of the Great Wall. We are permitted to set up the tents in the historic sections of the Great Wall. Camping on the Great Wall is legal only with us. We guarantee that you will leave with a memory to cherish for a lifetime.
Gubeikou, Jiankou, and Huanghuacheng are the three main camping sites that we visit. We will provide you with all the necessary equipment (tent, sleeping bag, mattress, pillow, etc.) you will need for your camping experience of a lifetime.
We supply all the necessary camping gear such as tents, sleeping bags, and mattresses. In wintertime, we will double the bags for each camper for the warmth.
Day 1: Hike from Gubeikou to Jinshanling. Camp out at Gubeikou.
Day 2: Hike from Jiankou to Mutianyu.
This trip will cover the four most famous sections of the Great Wall. If you’re feeling tired, no worries, you have the chance to slide down with the toboggan sleigh at Mutianyu and Jiankou.
Day 1: Hike from Gubeikou to Jinshanling. Camp out at Gubeikou.
Day 2: Hike from Jinshanling to Simatai.
Adventure through the most ancient battlefield of The Great Wall named Gubeikou. This section was used against the Japanese in the 1930s. The destination Jinshanling is where you will hike to and is a place that the whole world sees as it's the most photographed area of the Great Wall.
Day 1: Hike from Gubeikou to Jinshanling. Camp out at Gubeikou.
Day 2: Hike from lakeside Huanghuacheng to Xishuiyu..
Adventure through the most ancient battlefield of The Great Wall named Gubeikou. This section was used against the Japanese in the 1930s. Hike the picturesque site of Huanghuacheng, where it holds two beautiful lakes.
Day 1: Hike from Jinshanling to Simatai.
Camp at Gubeikou.
Day 2: Hike from lakeside Huanghuacheng to Xishuiyu.
The destination Jinshanling is where you will hike to and is a place that the whole world sees as it's the most photographed area of the Great Wall.

Day 1: Hike the Gubeikou Great Wall for two hours. Camp out on the Great Wall.
Day 2: Hike Jinshanling Great Wall for 3 hours.
Adventure through the most ancient battlefield of The Great Wall named Gubeikou where it is unrestored and then adventure through to the restored part of Jinshanling to understand the full history of the Great Wall. It is suitable for families with kids or seniors.
Day 1: The Forbidden City and Olympic Park. Camp at Gubeikou.
Day 2: Hike from Gubeikou to Jinshanling.
Visit the historical Royal Palace during the day and become a soldier at night, where they once defended the imperial family.
Day 1: A moderate hike to Huanghuacheng. Camp out at night on the Wall.
Day 2: Welcome the sunrise on the Wall.
A lakeside view you can afford!
There is no hard walk required to enjoy this unique camping experience but is full of excitement to watching the sunset and sunrise at Huanghuacheng where is quiet and far away from the crowds. It is done in our newest camping base with modern facilities and equipment for camping and dining.
Day 1: Lakeside hike at Huanghuacheng for 2 hours. Camp out at night on the Wall at night.
Day 2: Meet the sunrise and tour Mutianyu section
A hike made for families with kids and seniors who want to experience the beauty and nature of the Great Wall. Especially for seniors where this section cuts out the long walks so you can take in the unique lakeside Wall at Huanghuacheng. It lasts for 2 hours, after which you can relax and experience the sunset. Camp on the Great wall for one night and wake up to the sunrise. Finish with a relaxing trip to Mutianyu Great Wall.
Day 1: Jiankou to Mutianyu Hike. Camp at Huanghuacheng.
Day 2: Hike from Huanghuacheng to Xishuiyu.
