What makes this route different
The proposed section, vehicle, guide and walking time are selected around the actual sailing. We leave a generous road allowance and plan return at least 60 minutes before departure, or earlier when the all-aboard time requires it. A private transfer cannot eliminate traffic or immigration delays. For shorter calls, a Tianjin visit or a different nearby focus may be more suitable.

Travel to the agreed section and choose a manageable walk rather than a full expedition. The time on site follows the transfer requirement and your fitness. Additional attractions are not added at the expense of the return margin.
Return with the ship in view
Depart the Wall according to the confirmed traffic allowance and all-aboard requirement. Plan to reach port at least 60 minutes before sailing, or earlier when required. The final route can be shortened if disembarkation or traffic changes the day.

Can we add the Forbidden City on the same port day?
Not as a standard promise. Both visits have significant access and travel requirements. An overnight call or an extra day is often the more practical way to combine them.
